PR expert needed for Press Release

We're looking for a smart, experienced PR freelancer to "advise" and help us generate UK press coverage (B2B and B2C) around a website relaunch at end Feb. Specifically, we need you to develop a hook that will resonate with our press audience and articulate a compelling Press release.
