Poster and leaftlet design

Hi,my name is Carl Jennings i am the managing director of a security training company called TIS Train in Security. I require a professional Designer to design a poster and leaflet.I would preferable like the background of the design to be blue or shading blue. I am open to suggestions if you think another colour would look better. The design guide lines are listed below its very important you follow these as closely as possible. As the final design will be uploaded to a printing company for printing.I will upload the text and some images to the designer i accept the proposal from.

*please note: we don't accept 72dpi files as they are not adequate to create a quality job*
A few tips to get awesome results...
1) Create artwork at 300dpi - the larger and clearer the file, the better it will print!
2) Ensure your design is set up to the correct size and proportions (see above) - make sure you set it up to the artwork size, as this includes bleed which gets cut down to the finished size when printed.
