Planning Drawings

I am looking to extend my three-storey town house in Kent. I am after a two storey side extension, converting the existing garage into living space and creating a couple of bedrooms above. I think it would be about 50 sqm but I might need to confirm that.

I am looking for someone to complete my planning drawings for me (and possibly building reg drawings if planning is accepted). Please could you provide a sample of your work with your bid.
