PHP / MySQL using Codeigniter framework for CRUD + reporting application

I have a requirement for the ongoing development of a SaaS web application that will primarily be managing a MySQL back-end database. The application also requires the design of reporting from MySQL and displaying this using datatables and charts as appropriate. CSS knowledge and the ability to port this to a mobile platform is essential. J-Query + Ajax will also be heavily used. Work will be based on micro-projects by either a fixed price or quoted hours to complete set tasks. The application has a huge potential for growth so will likely require on-going development as the product grows. A development database and server will be provided, you should have knowledge of and be-able to use git or subversion.
