PHP/JS Programmer to Intergrate ImgAreaSelect with User Photo on Wordpress

I need some programming help integrating imgAreaSelect or equal,a jquery plugin, with my Wordpress site, in particular, 3 separate image uploads. The site uses User Photo plugin and would require to continue to do so. Each of the 3 upload areas will have only one size that can be displayed. The goal have a user upload a image then force the user to crop that image to a certain aspect ratio and size, rename the image and then update a database with the cropped image name, user id and some other session and $_GET variables plus delete any uploaded images other than the final cropped image.

Should be able to upload any image (JPG, GIF, BMP, PNG) up to 2MB in size and then crop to a JPG of the aspect ratio and size specified. And integrated into existing framework of site.

This should be short work, but would require a expert knowledge of javascript, php and wordpress. Complete payment would be contingent on completion of project, and complete documentation of all code added and changed to achieve upgrade.
