PHP expert needed

Hi

I've recently installed this script (demo.cumulusclips.org/) to my website. But i want some changes done to the script that i can't do myself.

Here's the changes i want done:

Delete login option entirely.

Replace current comments system with facebook comments

Deleting the about, subscribe, favorite, flag buttons/options on videos. Only keeping share and embed.

Front page similar to retardo(dot)dk (only the fb like box and “nyeste videos” tab)

Adding my logo

demo.cumulusclips.org/videos/ - deleting categories and changing the video boxes so they look more like they do on retardo(dot)dk

Deleting the "Members" and "Upload" buttons.
