PHP Development for Instagram / Facebook integration with Shopify

I need the PHP done to allow me to integrate with Instagram and Facebook, access a users photos and then arrange them within a digital mock up of a product. This needs to be integrated with the Shopify framework as an app.

Basically the difficult PHP from this type of website http://printstreet.com/.

1. The user logs in with Instagram or Facebook.
2. The user can scroll through their images and drag and drop them onto our product.
3. The user can select how many images they want and drag and drop to rearrange them.
4. User clicks 'Next' to review the product
5. User clicks 'Next' to add the product to cart
6. Once the user has paid for the product the image needs to be emailed in a relevant format(probably pdf) and avaliable through the backend of Shopify.

I will provide wireframe mockups.
