PHP amendments to existing custom built website

We have an existing website which had bespoke development which needs a few hours of amendments done. Unfortunately the developer who built is does not have the time to do these amendments.

Amendments required:

- Separate blessings and needs - ie the nav should be split with "browse blessings" and "browse needs". On the home page, under where it says "create your account" one column should be "latest blessings" and the other "latest needs"

- Add automatic icon depending on the category someone has chosen. ie. not enough people are uploading images. So instead of the blessing box logo as the default image can we have an icon for each category show instead?

- Photo upload. Can we have a single photo upload space and then underneath the ability to add more. We're thinking people may be put off by the idea of adding 4 images!

- can username be the persons email address
