We are looking to find someone who is able perform password resets for our clients on office 365, Live drive and also WHMCS.
You will be required to remotely dial into the clients computer to perform the password reset for the client, this may require a level of phone communication with the client to set up the remote connection.
On average we have about 5 issues in a month.
We would also like someone to monitor our live chat on our website for sales enquiries, this can be done using a browser, installing a program on a windows pc or using an iPhone or android app.
You should be able to communicate to a good standard in English, be able to make outbound calls to clients if required and also send text messages.
