Personal Bookkeeper - small start but big long term strategy

I am about to embark on a property venture involving acquiring management responsibility for many houses in London. To get myself organised for starting this, I need a book-keeper to work with me to establish a process of keeping on top of my financial affairs. It will start small as I only 2 properties currently, but once a few things are in place, this will grow in terms of the commitment required.

I am putting a spreadsheet template together that will give me exactly the information I need at a glance. I want my bookkeeper to be comfortable with presenting the weekly/monthly figures in this template. I also want to work with someone I can work with in person in the first instance, but also once rapport and mutual trust is established with regular meetings as our relationship strengthens and matures.
