Personal Assistant P/T

I'm a copywriter, journalist, editor, author with a mountain of staff that do bulk article orders for me as I write TV reviews, an advice colum and many websites.
I'm looking for a trustworthy PA (pref local to York) that I can trust to organise me and my writers for an hour each morning. You'll have your own email address, and full contact with me.
Basically I've found this is cutting into my daily time, and I am getting very little writing done, which is my passion and so seems such a shame.
I need someone with great organisation skills, a fabulous sense of humour, and a sense of urgency and one that can make themselves free for a few hours a day.
