We are a design and publising house for greetings cards, gifts and gift stationery. In business now for 13 years we currently supply both retail (independent gift shops, Paperchase, John Lewis, Waitrose, Harrods, Libert Selfridges, National Trust etc.) and also B2C via our web shop.
The job is for a part time, but long term bookkeeper to work on site approx 2-3 days per week. Working hours and days are flexible.
The job will be general bookkeeping duties including invoice processing, petty cash, preparing payments, customer statements, account queries (credits, returns, discrepancies), credit control, PAYE/NI submissions, VAT returns, sales agent commissions, bank reonciliations etc.
Our opperating system is Exchequer Enterprise and experience of this system will be an advantage.
We are looking for someone to start asap.
