OS Commerce site redesign in V2.3.3

I currently have an OS Commerce webstore running on Version 2.2-MS2, following a change of webserver this site is no longer working correctly as the new server has a higher version of PHP.

The solution seems to be a fresh installation of OS Commerce V2.3.3 and then customise it to match the old design.

In addition I have some scripts that are used to directly import items into the database, as the 2.3.3 database is structured differently I need these scripts changing or rewriting.

I have all the original files for the old website so it shouldn't be too difficult to get it changed over, but there are a few small adjustments that I would like to make at the same time as the original site did have some shortcomings that need to be addressed, these are mainly around exactly which products are selected on the main page and what is displayed in the latest products and specials areas.

I am looking for someone that can take this project and deliver back a working system in a reasonable timeframe. Currently the site is not working and all the data for import is available in xml and csv format.
