Organizing apartment rental: placing ad and scheduling visits in English and German

My husband and I need an assistant to help us rent out our apartment in the heart of Vienna, Austria. The first step is to research venues to post the ad - both print and online. Then we'll give you the text and images for the ad (in English and German), and you'll post the listing in the venues we select. Finally, you'll schedule our appointments with the potential renters that we approve. This step may be managed by email or phone.
