The issue we have is the client whats 2 delivery costs. A box is £15 deliver and a pallet is £40 a delivery.

Delivery Charge, if they order something that is already on a pallet service, then there will be not be an extra charge on how many items they order, but on the boxes looking at the prices, if they order 3 or more items, this would be able to go on a pallet, saving them on the delivery charge by £5.00. So, yes we are guided by the weight.

To clarify the above:

1x pallet = £40 (if extra pallets then price locks at £40).
1x box then price £15
3x (or more) boxes then £40 in total.

Price never go higher than £40.
