I need a website built from scratch to full usability with sleek design.
The website will consist of a marketplace where certain users list and other users search/browse listings. Users need to be able to register their accounts and then be able to receive tailored e-mails. Separate users need to have a staff login area where they can receive earnings based on sales.
Also there needs to be a regional/city separation facility for different marketplaces in different cities.
The most important aspect is the design and appearance of the site as well as usability of course.
No deadline - perfection required. This will be ongoing.
