Online Database for File Depository and Delivery

ITT for the build of an online folder to securely upload and store our digital product files. Our customers will buy serial numbers from us and will log into their online folder and periodically download their product. Database will need to monitor when the file they downloaded is close to 12 months old and email customer with prompt to relicence. Database will need monitor when we change / upload a replacement digital product and email appropriate customers with news that the file has been updated.
