Ongoing poster/marketing designer.

Hi all, I am looking for someone I can work with as/when needed as an ongoing partnership.
I own and run a photography company and often need new creative designs to market myself, Although I can to the pictures, putting everything else together in a design that is modern and fresh is something else entirely, something I have a little bit of trouble with.

I am looking for someone to help with this, you will need to have a modern, forward thinking mind for this...

The person will also need to be able to communicate with me as an equil... If you come to me for photography and ask me to do something I know will not look good, then I am going to tell you that I wont do it your way because your way is cr*p, I need someone to be able to tell me the same when it comes to design. I have plenty of ideas, some maybe do'able, others would look poor, I need someone to let me know when my ideas are cr*p....


This will be ongoing, I am about to go through a rather large marketing push and want a professional on board to help with this.

I will obviously provide any photos and text, the text is somewhat flexable, if you this a re-phrasing would work better I am open to it.

The final designs will need to be sent to me as an editable photoshop image (for minor tweeks once I go into print - I cant be waiting 24-48 hours for something to be moved 5mm to avoid being cut off,)
The files sent through to me will need to be printable in very large sizes, sometimes up to 3 meters long, other times it could be as small as A6.....
I mention this just so you are aware.

When putting in your proposal, please state how much you would want to charge per job/design or if you are not happy with a per design job then an hourly rate... Please bare in mind that I would prefer to pay per job....
