One (maybe two later on) page site

We're looking to start a site which we'll use for reselling cloud based software. This is a niche in the market and we need to get something sorted quickly - although I'm not looking for a deadline of yesterday - maybe a week or two.

Our design is minimalist - as is the software we're looking to resell. We won't need any information on the software as our hope is that people will be driven to the page knowing what they want.

Our two key priorities are:
1) to have a really smart site. Nothing clunky; it's got to be really smart. By smart, I mean aesthetically great and not necessarily technical
2) to have this completed and up and running within a couple of weeks

We have a designer who can be used to produce any designs or consulted on designs/layouts if necessary. He is subcontracted though so I'd prefer whoever wins this job to do most of the designing themselves if possible.

One additional thing we would like is the ability to resell the software (by subscription, recurring charges to card) through the site. Our initial thought is to simply have a "contact us" form on the page. If you're able to offer some help in getting some form of shop up and running later on, that'll be useful so please be sure to let me know about this experience!

Any questions, please let me know. No idea if £100 is feasible so please quote as you think is necessary, if not. I know PPH's bidding tool is a bit useless so please put the bid in your text reply if needs be.
