Off Site SEO Requirement

I have been instructed to redesign a website for a new customer. As part of this project, I require someone to work on the SEO for this.

Basic requirement is -
Link building
Back links etc...

Plus any other elements you feel are required. All onsite work is being carried out by me.

Previous experience in SEO is essential and I will need to see evidence of work carried out.

This particuallr project is not urgent and I will be reviewing this with the customer over the coming weeks.

I also have a possible other project coming up, so may have ongoing work for the winning bidder, should all parties be happy.
