OEM Partner agreement

We are a provider of Energy efficient motor control technology, that is looking to enter into a partnership with another technology vendor to create a finished product for selling into the refrigeration industry.
We require assistance to draft and finalise an OEM agreement, we already have some existing definitions around IP that we have had defined and incorporated in other partner contracts that we have created as well as NDA's etc.
Looking for a PPH'r with demonstrable Experience in partner agreements with a knowledge of OEM agreements
Contract to be based on UK law so looking for UK resources only
