We have a WordPress website which when you submit a form competition using the Ninja Forms plugin the form stays on "processing" for a long time.

Multiple devs have tried to fix but have all wasted my time and money. I need someone who can fix this issue. It looks like a clash between SMTP plugin and Ninja Forms.
