Newspaper design - page layouts, templates provided

Design details: We are looking to produce a 12-page printed newspaper in tabloid format and are looking for someone to put together layouts. We have previously run this publication, and provide a page design (to the correct measurements) in Adobe Indesign format, so are mainly looking for someone to create layouts and fit in the written content we will provide, and source appropriate imagery to illustrate the individual articles.
Target audience: IT security professionals
Number of pages needed: 12
Ideas for the visual style: Template provided, but otherwise we prefer a conceptual style of illustration - avoid generic "business person stock photos"
Preferred colors: Company colours, template provided
Where the design will be used: Print and digital download
