We are looking for a confident website designer and website builder who can produce a CMS wordpress website to our specifications, designs and budget.

The site needs an auto responder to collect email addresses for our database via mailchimp, rotating banners on the home page, about us page, articles page, etc - about 10 main buttons on the navigation banner.

We need to add articles easily with photos and have it fully integrated with our social media platforms, mail chimp, you tube, Facebook, twitter, linked in,interest, etc etc. We need several email accounts attached to this website as well as contact us and info@ emails attached and fully functional.

We need videos page and squeeze pages as appropriate. You are not to use any work in your portfolio and we will retain all copyright and full rights to the site and any draft revisions after they have been completed, without any liability to you or anyone else for the website use. We will also need you to transfer the data of some 35 articles/blogs to the new site in a style that we like and gives easy access and a logical sequence/approach, and all photos from our existing site which is word press and has a cms.

We will be selling products (dvd's books etc) from the site so it will need to be fully e-commerce with all the functions linked to our fulfilment house or something similar we decide. The site needs to be fully linked with a fully working google analytics account. Pages need to load at a fast rate and the style needs to be dynamic, interactive as well as professional clean, crisp quality with good use of colours and images / graphics.

We shall be hosting the site ourselves and need you to make it live, fully editable by us, fully social media friendly with videos and ability to add and change content as we desire.
It needs to be fully SEO compatible and organised well for keywords and google search engines. We need the main chapters/headings to come up in search engines as per the main title pages.

Prior to work commencing, you will provide mock up designs for the site and be prepared to go back to the drawing board for changes if they are not accepted by us. These do not need to be coded initial, but to give us a feel for what types of designs you are intending for the site.


You will need to make any edits after the site has gone live so that we are happy with it, the refresh and loading page rates, the functionality and user experience.

We need the full ability to make all changes without any reliance to you after it has been completed or any code changes to include adding videos, articles, changing events dates, colours, banners etc.

The seller will need to sign a NDA which also confirms that full title and intellectual property of this site belongs to us.

You will not be allowed to advertise our site in your portfolio, or that you are instructed by us.
