New Website Design

We currently have a web site, but the code behind the site is vey unorganized and clunky to work with

We would like a wordpress theme created that we can modify and build straight away.

Our organization offers the four key aspects
1. IT Services or Computer Services
2. Telephone Systems or Communications
3. Computer or IT Support
4. Mobile Phones
5. Security Services and Electrical (not advertised)

We like our current design, it's just not clear and to messy, does not work well for seo, and also complex to add pages and maintain.
We would like a site similar but fresher, more 21st century and easy to navigate

Our headings across the top of the current site look how we want them to, but maybe more for instance the company headings have lots fo other pages
for instance
Company has follwoing sub headings
About Us, Meet the Team, History, Charity, Strategic Partners, Ethos
IT Systems or Computer Systems has the following Sub HEadings
Computer Systems, Servers, Data Cabling etc etc

We will need a news page and other dynamic catgory pages

Particular empahsis needs to be concentrated on the front page and we want to do away with drawing images and have pictures as some people have commected that these look very amatueish

We do not want any java or bespoke scripts in the site and need it work cross browsers
