New website based on CMS, with customised back end

Hi there,
The website is about people looking for new furniture.

Please find attached:
1) a detailed description of the whole project;
2) an example of the request forms;
3) a detailed description of a store's account.

The total number of forms are less than 40, but they all have the same structure as those shown in the xls attached.
