New Design For a website, CSS, HTML

Hello,

We are looking for a developer to revamp our website. We would like to modernise the website and in addition make it look much sharper.

We are looking for:

- CSS development
- HTML Modifications (To account for the new style)
- jQuery (image sliders, and maybe something for the offers page)

We are NOT looking for:

- CMS

We are open to interpretation of how the design should look however the quality and finish we are looking for is something as good as:

http://uk.burberry.com - We like how the nav works on this site.
http://thegoring.com/ - Love the quality and overall finish of this site.

Although we have picked to dark sites, that does not me we are fixed on a dark coloured site.
