New design and development of an existing website. Mainly the home page.

I am looking for a developer who can help change the current website, bring it up to date and make it more user friendly. More 'user buy in' needs to take place and I need people to start connecting with the site. All in order to drive sales.

The current web development team I am using are cheap but slow and the quality of their work is poor. I am not looking to spend the world, but require a fast and effective service.


The problems I have identified:
1. No 'call to action'.
2. Should not displace prices on the home page.
3. Colouring is drab and uninspiring.
4. Poor space usage.

I have had a go at designing a new layout although I am open to suggestions.
