Network / Online Webcam Setup

Need a little help setting up a network webcam to be made accessible over the internet. Currently the webcam works fine on the local network, but when trying to access from the external IP and Opened Port, nothing...

The purpose of this is so a live stream can be embedded on our website.

I believe this should be an extremely easy fix to the person who knows what they're doing.
