Need Website Designed. Similiar to example in description

Hello,

I have recently updated our company logo and modernised our business.
We make signs and need a website where people can go online and be able to order signs through the website.

The website in which I would like my website to look like is:

The feaures I want which it has:

- Its modern
- Clear Links to each section
- Simple to use layout
- Has search function
- Links to facebook and twitter
- Cart with accepting paypal and credit cards
- Information pages

The content will be similar but will not include some of the products as they only specialise in safety signs. We also do banners and shop signs etc. So I will let you know the exact content but be prepared to make it look very similar to the one above.
Also to fix up the meta tags for our website on google.

Whoever bids I want you to be dedicated, I am a fresh face for this business and need the website to be professional.

I need this project to be completed before 30th June.

I am on a budget for this so make most keenest offers but I do not want somebody who will compromise quality if they give me a good price.
