Need update from woocommerce Version 3.0.5

Hi There

I have an old version of woocommerce on a site need to extract the order, customer data and coupons from for the new version of the website. I thought no problem, lets transfer this and update it, however there is no link to update woocommerce Version 3.0.5 (order data is also created with tm extra product options variation data too).

I need to get the coupon, user and order data out and in a format that can be imported to a new version of woocommerce one way or another. Hoping to get this done today and looking for someone who has done this a lot so knows what to watch out for. Many also need some help on other bits like this. Please note the website does not need to be usable after the update, this is a temp website to upgrade and extract data only.

I don't care how the data is extracted and imported as that is the main goal of this job, so if it can be done without an update that is not a problem. Budget is just a number added looking for expertise really, ideally UK or US based and are available today to do the work.
