Need to have our Google analytics and adwords accounts linked correctly

we don't believe we are receiving the correct information from our analytics account and need someone to overhaul the whole set-up. for example, our adwords say we have received 10 clicks, but analytics says 5.

we also need to have our keywords evaluated to see if we can add more high quality keywords and want advice on how we can improve our click through rate without increasing our spend.
