Need secure API written in PHP to return JSON

Hi

I need someone to write a simple but secure API. Needs to support multiple users however only one will be needed for now.

The API should always return JSON

Basically the API is used as a secure 'middle man' so that data can be returned from our website. The data will be retrieved from a MySQL database on our website, converted to JSON and returned to API user.

This should be a fairly simple and quick task and could do with this doing very soon.

Please let me know when you can start, how much you charge for the job and how long it will take.

On successful completion more work will follow.
