Need an experienced Drupal developer to develop a custom theme using Photoshop files

I have a design that will eventually contain 15 templates. Currently only the homepage wireframe has been built, but the visuals for each template will be completed very soon.

Each template needs to be controlled from within the CMS so that the user has complete control over each section of the website. The admin needs to be user proof with editable sections pre-coded so that a user can't break page layouts and add in different fonts using the WYSIWYG editor.

The site will use Drupal 7 and must be cross browser compatible, as part of this job you will have to test in multiple browsers including IE7.

Please only send a proposal if you have developed 5 or more large Drupal sites before and are able to show me examples of both the frontend and backend development.

Please note:
This job is to develop a completely custom theme, it needs be a completely separate theme to the one that is supplied within the Drupal system on installation, one that won't be overwritten if the site is updated in the future.
