Need an animated explainer video for an indoor mapping app

I need an explainer animation video, between 30-60 seconds, for an indoor mapping product which is currently at the concept stage. If you only do script writing, I need your help too :)

A basic version of the app is currently available on the Apple App Store for iPhone and iPad, called MApp. We're now designing a more engaging and interactive app, which will take MApp to a whole new level.

The video is going to explain how an interactive map of a shopping centre could be useful to someone who's lost, looking to find a particular shop in a huge shopping centre. It will show how that person starts getting frustrated of asking other people for directions, and looking up rows, columns and labels on a paper map. She will eventually use MApp's indoor navigation to find her way around. While walking towards the store, she also notices an offer from that store available through MApp, and gets all excited about it. You get the idea, right?

We know what an explainer video is, and I'd like you to be as creative as possible with your proposal, so I'm not going to share any samples.

I'm looking for anyone in the UK, but if you're in or near London it would be great, because that means we can meet as well.
