Need a Wordpress Genius

Hello I have a website.

The homepage grid (red boxes) needs to featured an image. You can do this by on the post page going to: > Edit Post > Add Featured Image.

However..... all the post pages will be featuring videos so we need the featured image box to be replaced with "add featured video"... or similar. This can be hard-coded in or a plugin. I have tried various plugins but none seem to work with the theme.

I need someone who can work on this tonight, quickly and someone who knows what they are doing. I am looking for someone I can work with on a regular basis.
