Short, female voice over needed for kickstarter promo video

Hi all,
I am about to start a kickstarter project for a zombie apocalypse style graphic novel myself and a friend is working on and for the short promotional video to go on the front page of the kickstarter project I need a very short female voice over made. I am looking for a young sounding female (the character in the book is 21) to read a very short passage from the start of the book which is just under 30 words so it will only be a few seconds in length. The style I'm looking for is this kind of thing...

Budget is very limited but I do realise you can't get something for nothing in the world :)
Delivery via email in .mp3 format would be best but can also work with .wav.
