I would really advise against doing any business with this woman, Demanded payment before job complete, I paid, then she refused to do anymore work as had been agreed.

Jenny was very inconsistent. One moment friendly and helpful and the next minute sending hostile emails, demanding payment before the job was done. I foolishly agreed to pay on the basis she would still do the work and she apologised for her email win which she alleged she had spent 20 hours on the job (which was building one page of a word press site and this was half finished. She backtracked and admitted she hadn't even spent five hours on it, after I requested a breakdown of what she had been spending the 20 hours doing. So I paid on the basis that she would complete the SEO and help me with the content. She knew this would take a little while as I have many other commitments and had explained this. Anyway when she backtracked on this agreement and ignored my emails. In the end I had to text her (not late at night but at 6.30pm! Her response was much later and only responded when I threatened her with trading standards and a bad review on here!

She has mentioned a partial refund in her review, but has not to me in person.

It is people like her who put people off using freelancers! Lack if integrity all round I regret to have to say.




In the end my friend designed the site and she built one page for me. No content done, as we'd agreed we would collaborate on this.

I explained it would take me a while to get around to writing the copy,
