Screen captures of iPhone screens showing demos of app

We're working on a video project for a client, which features a series of 11 demos of how their app works.

We have shot studio 'master' footage of a hand holding an iphone and using the app in English.
With that we shot a series of demos of how the app works, which we call our "master shots".

Now we need to replace the screen in each of those English master shots with 11 different language versions, by doing screen captures. We will do the replacement We only need assistance doing the screen captures.

Because there are 15 app demos masters, this adds us to quite a lot of screen capture videos.
165 to be exact!

We need help from someone with these do the screen captures in the 11 other languages, and provide them to us, so that we can then integrate them into our master shots.

It's important the candidate has a newer iPhone, with a larger screen (ie XS or newer) because of the higher resolution screen.
It would also be ideal if the candidate was a Mac user, as the workflow to capture from an iPhone to a Mac, using Quicktime, is very simple.
