Need Professional Narrator for YouTube Channel In English

I am building a team of professionals from different skill sets that would work alongside me on my YouTube Channel. My 1st channel is focused on Soccer Highlights, I would provide you with the scripts but in the event that you can generate organic scripts based on the topics that I would provide that would be a plus for you.
I am looking for someone with that we can have a long-term relationship for the next 6 - 12 months dependent on work performance and results generated.
In response to this proposal, ensure to enter the Keyword "I would not use AI" in your intro to ensure that you have read and understood the details of this job.
In the near future, as we see the progress of my channel, we would proceed with creating a new channel and continue working together.
In the long-term relationship, you would sign an NDA and also I would provide access to some software that I currently have licenses to if you do not already have one for yourself. I would expect you to narrate between 25-30 scripts per month and send them to Asana which would be our project management platform. I would begin editing them and putting them together.
I understand that English language may not be your first language, but my channel is for English speaking audience, I would like to ensure that you have "very good In English" before you can apply. I do not have the bandwidth to review a lot of unqualified proposals.
I would be paying you on a salary and you would have guaranteed payment every 2 weeks for the time that we are working and of course for the results too that we are generating - we would negotiate the monthly salary when we speak.
I know there are tons of AI tools out there, I have used some in the past and it did not go so well with YouTube regulations/policy, I would appreciate it if you can focus on natural work. As a matter of fact, I do listen to all audio to ensure consistency in our content.
On the qualifications, I would expect to receive a sample audio of 30sec as part of the content that I would send to you after you have been shortlisted.
I would like us to begin work on August 1st, 2023. I would provide access to Asana where we would be communicating with me and other team members of the gang.
