Male voice acting in English with slight French ascent for an animated LEGO display.

I need male character voices (medium to a slightly higher pitch) in English with slight French ascents for a non-commercial script about 500 words in length. A brief sample would be great!!!

I have a live-action animated LEGO castle with things moving up and down behind the castle walls (e.g. the leader, gate, archers, flags & dragon), and this animation has an accompanying script.

There are 3 voices; one main voice (centre with 90% of the words), and two minor voices (left and right). The script should have the tempo of normal human speech. I will add the sound effects and synchronise the audio with the animation… but where possible and natural, please place a slight emphasis on words in bold, and slightly lengthen or draw-out lengthened words… otherwise whatever feels most natural.
