I need an interesting script and a UK voice-over for an explainer video

Hi, I am looking to do a explainer video for our property marketplace website. I am looking for a script and a UK voice over that explains all the features and how to use the site.

I can provide all the details of the features and who the site is useful to and what all it does. I need someone talented to put it all together in a nice script which flow on voice over and hopefully in the explained video.

I am happy to give someone the complete job of explainer video once they have done a good job on the script and voiceover. But it need to be really good. Similar to the link provided.
