Female voice over artist as Air Traffic Controller

Hello, I am looking for a female voice over artist to read a few lines of dialogue as if they are an air traffic controller. The lines are in English but I am happy for the artist to have a regional accent whether that is UK regions, Europe, Africa, wherever. The cadence and tone of air traffic control is what we need. The voice over will form part of the soundtrack to an art installation at the Glastonbury festival... in a few weeks time. You don't need high spec recording equipment as we will degrade the recording to sound like VHF radio.
