Edit/Create Videos

We have about 9 short testimonial videos that need editing.
The videos all range between 2 seconds to 47 seconds.
An intro and outro needs to be created/added to each testimonial video.
The duration of the videos need to be under a minute as we want to be able to upload them on social media (the shorter the better)
