Podcast Video Editor Needed - 6 Episodes, 1 Week Turnaround

We are looking for an experienced podcast video editor to edit 6 episodes of The Silly Little Girls Club, a UK podcast hosted by Samantha Cusick and sponsored by Sephora UK for Season 4.

All episodes have been recorded on Riverside.fm and are ready to go. You will be added directly to our Riverside account as an Editor so there is no file transferring involved. Everything you need is already in the platform.

For each of the 6 episodes we need one full length MP4 for YouTube (with branded intro, Sephora sponsor ad at around 10-15 mins, and branded outro) plus 3 vertical social reel clips per episode for Instagram and TikTok. That is 24 files in total.

Each full episode needs clean audio mixing, lower thirds with guest names, accurate captions, and a podcast logo watermark. Each reel clip needs captions, a hook on screen for the first few seconds, guest name lower third, and punchy clip selection. Timestamps and hook text for every reel will be provided.

Guests this season include the CEO of Olaplex, the Managing Director of Sephora UK, the co-founder of The INKEY List, and viral TikTok creator Miss Diva Bob, so the content is high quality and the edits need to reflect that.

The turnaround is 1 week from being added to the account. The first episode must be ready by Wednesday 7th October 2026. Please only apply if you can commit to this deadline.
