Description
Experience Level: Expert
I am producing a 12-episode podcast recorded in Riverside.
Each episode is a structured debate exploring the differences between sales and marketing cultures in Western Europe (UK) and Eastern Europe / the Balkans.
Format:
• Two hosts
• Western sales perspective
• Eastern European marketing perspective
• Constructive contrast, not confrontation
Target audience: English-speaking professionals in the Balkans who want to understand how commercial thinking differs between the UK and Eastern Europe.
This is a commercially intelligent series.
It must feel sharp, structured and credible.
I require an editor who:
• Works confidently in Riverside
• Can tighten 45–60 minute recordings to a maximum of 40 minutes
• Preserves debate tension and contrast
• Removes repetition and drift without losing nuance
• Adds professional intro and outro music
• Masters audio for Spotify
• Extracts 3–5 short vertical debate clips per episode (30–60 seconds) for LinkedIn and Instagram
The clips should highlight moments of contrast between the two perspectives.
Tone requirement:
Intelligent, structured, commercially sharp.
Not high-energy YouTube style.
Deliverables per episode:
• Final 40-minute mastered audio (WAV + MP3)
• 3–5 vertical marketing clips
• Clean intro/outro integration
Please provide:
Examples of business or debate-style podcasts you have edited
Confirmation of Riverside experience
Your workflow for shaping conversational debate
Cost per episode
Shortlisted candidates will be asked to edit a 2-minute sample from a raw file to assess pacing and tone.
Ongoing relationship available for the right editor.
