Podcast and YouTube Editor

Hello

I'm about to start a podcast that I will also record video for to add to a YouTube channel.
I'm looking for an editor who has experience with this kind of thing who can help me produce an iTunes-ready podcast and edit the video so that it will be branded up with our YouTube channel and provide little snippets for social media.

Each episode will be 45-60 minutes and I want to produce one on a weekly basis. So, I'd ideally like to get a flat fee for the work involved in this. I have a studio-quality microphone, so the sound should be decent. I'm also happy to provide all the graphics, royalty-free music etc., but just need someone to edit.

If this goes well, there will be more work available and so we can then discuss a retainer payment.
