Create a Eurovision Bangers Spotify Playlist & Excel

I am looking for a freelancer to research and compile a 200-250 track Spotify playlist featuring all Eurovision Song Contest (ESC) winners, runners-up, and notable performances from every year the contest was held.

The output should be:

- A curated Spotify playlist with all selected tracks.
- An Excel sheet with the following details for each song

The Excel should contain the following details:

- Artist
- Artist's country of origin
- Song title
- Year of performance
- Country where Eurovision was hosted that year
- Final position of the song (e.g., Winner, 2nd place, other notable placement)

Requirements:

- The playlist should include all winners and runners-up from every contest year.
- Additionally, include notable entries—songs that may not have won but became iconic (fan favorites, viral performances, record-breaking entries, jury favorites, etc.).
- Ensure that all songs are available on Spotify and can be added to a playlist.
- The Excel sheet should be well-structured, easy to read, and accurately sourced.
