Produce and compose lullaby music

I am looking for someone who can compose and produce lullaby and baby sleep music, I am looking for someone who can use my ideas to create the music on a loop for a 2 hour duration. This project will be long term ongoing to create different music using different ideas, themes, length and styles aimed at babies and infants. I have some sample ideas that I would like to develop.
