I need a Rap/Grime artist to write lyrics for a radio advert

This is a rather random project! I need an independent artist with experience writing rap/grime lyrics to assist in the production of a radio advert for a kitchen company... yes a kitchen company!

They think something similar to this would work well for making my client stand out on the radio.

I'm basically looking for someone with relevant experience to write lyrics for a pre-existing audio track or to create an original piece of music for this project. There are couple of songs that we've found on a stock music site that we feel may work. I cannot upload them at the 'Post Project' stage on PPH but I should be able to link them as we move forward.

The narrative of the song needs to begin with a positioning verse where we establish that a kitchen is old and needs to be replaced with a new one. DON'T WORRY - I have attached a document containing some lyrics to showcase what I mean in more detail. The lyrics will need to be based on typical things that are rubbish about old kitchens; for example things such as paint coming off cupboards and walls, chipped worktops, dishwasher/appliances stopped working, leak in the sink, lighting is poor/dank/cave like - just generally to state that someone is embarrassed of their kitchen (example in the document)

The song then needs to go on to talk about the exciting new things you can get in a kitchen things such as (but not including all of the following) -
- Soft close colour match cabinets
- Granite/Stone/Quartz worktops
- Instant boiling water tap
- Handleless kitchen
- Made to measure
- Induction hob
- Steam oven
- Built in appliances
- Finance & affordable & pay monthly

The general feeling of having a new kitchen.

I will need to chat with the chosen supplier on the phone to give much more detail about the project as it's rather difficult to type it out on here.
